Shipping Policy – The Artisan Edit

Premium European Delivery All of our solid wood furniture is dispatched from our secure logistics facility in Germany. To ensure your pieces arrive safely and efficiently, all European deliveries are managed exclusively through DHL Express.

Delivery Coverage We deliver to the following European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. (Please note: At this time, we do not fulfill or deliver orders to domestic Germany or Spain).

Delivery Timeframes

  • DHL Express Transit: 4–7 business days, depending on your destination zone.

  • Customers receive full tracking details via email as soon as the order is dispatched. SMS delivery updates are also provided for customers who enter a mobile phone number at checkout.

Transparent Delivery Pricing Because solid wood furniture requires specialized, heavy-freight handling, we calculate exact shipping rates at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination zone. The final delivery charge shown at checkout is binding.

Additional Freight Fees

  • Oversized Items: Products weighing over 70 kg individually incur a €50 flat heavy-freight handling fee.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to designated remote areas or islands incur an additional +€0.50 per kg (with a minimum remote fee of €21).

Packaging & Handling All products are packed to premium mail-order standards. We use highly protective, heavy-duty, recyclable materials to ensure your solid wood furniture withstands the international transit process.

Important Notes & Disclaimer

  • The Artisan Edit cannot be held liable for courier delays caused by severe weather, natural events, or regional DHL network congestion.

  • Because all orders are shipped within the European Union, there are no surprise customs duties or border fees upon delivery.
