Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. If the last day of your return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next business day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return To start a return, log in to your account at account.theartisanedit.eu, go to your Orders, and submit a return request. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

You can also contact us at shop@theartisanedit.eu with any questions. Please note that accepted returns will need to be sent to our Magdeburg (Germany) fulfilment centre. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products (such as special orders), perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at account.theartisanedit.eu and submit a cancellation or return request through your Orders. If you checked out using a phone number only, use the link in your SMS order confirmation.

We will refund the price of the item plus the cost of standard outbound shipping. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
