At The Artisan Edit, all of our furniture is dispatched directly from our regional logistics facilities in Europe, Canada and Australia. To ensure your pieces arrive safely and efficiently, we partner with premium domestic couriers so your furniture is delivered locally, without international border delays.

🇦🇺 Australian Delivery

Dispatch & Courier Partner Orders are processed and dispatched from our local Australian fulfilment centre. We primarily partner with Team Global Express to ensure reliable, nationwide coverage across the country.

Delivery Coverage We provide nationwide delivery to every state and territory in Australia: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Northern Territory (NT).

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Handling Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, Australian deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your destination. Remote or extreme regional areas may require additional transit time.

Transparent Delivery Pricing

• Free Delivery: We proudly offer complimentary delivery on eligible items and across all major Australian Metro areas on the first attempted delivery.

• Surcharge Delivery Areas: Because solid wood furniture requires specialised handling, deliveries of heavy items to certain locations (such as TAS, WA, NT, and select regional zones) attract a flat heavy-freight surcharge. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart weight and specific delivery postcode.

🇨🇦 Canadian Delivery

Dispatch & Courier Partner Orders are processed and dispatched from our local Canadian fulfilment centre. We primarily partner with FedEx, alongside UPS, to ensure reliable, nationwide coverage.

Delivery Coverage We provide nationwide delivery to every province and territory in Canada: Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), Manitoba (MB), New Brunswick (NB), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), Nova Scotia (NS), Ontario (ON), Prince Edward Island (PE), Quebec (QC), Saskatchewan (SK), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), and Yukon (YT).

• Surcharge Delivery Areas: Because solid wood furniture requires specialised handling, deliveries to the three northern territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon) or highly remote access zones may attract a heavy-freight surcharge. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific delivery postal code.

🇪🇺 European Delivery

Dispatch & Courier Partner All EU orders are dispatched directly from our logistics facility in Europe and expedited exclusively through DHL Express.

Delivery Coverage We proudly deliver to the following EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

(Note: We are currently upgrading our local logistics networks and are temporarily unable to process domestic retail deliveries within Germany).

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Handling Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, DHL Express delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your destination zone.

Transparent Delivery Pricing Because solid wood furniture requires specialised handling, deliveries are subject to flat shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your destination zone. The final delivery charge shown at checkout is binding.

Packaging & Handling

All products are packaged to premium mail-order standards, using highly protective, heavy-duty, and recyclable materials wherever possible to ensure your solid wood furniture withstands the transit process and arrives safely.

Important Notes & Disclaimers

• Tracking: Customers receive full tracking details via email as soon as the order is dispatched. SMS delivery updates are also provided for customers who enter a mobile phone number at checkout.

• Customs & Duties: Because all orders are shipped directly from within your local region (either the EU or Australia), there are no surprise customs duties or border fees upon delivery.

• Delays: While we dispatch promptly and package securely, the last mile of delivery is handled by our courier partners. The Artisan Edit cannot be held liable for courier delays caused by customs checks, severe weather, natural events, regional access limitations, or courier network congestion.
